StudentOutfitter.com, a new Louisiana business, is giving back to schools with an innovative fundraiser.  It is not candles, chocolate or cookie dough, but school uniforms through their "You Wear, We Share" approach.  When parents purchase school uniforms on the studentoutfitter.com online store, the school gets up to 8% of the purchase directly from StudentOutfitter.com

High Power will be launching this site July 15th, but you can signup now for super-secret benefits.

Lien on me, and go paperless too

Inline Image

A new Louisiana law requires financial institutions to go paperless in the management of liens and titles.  Tax, Title, and License of Louisiana , a small business, came to High Power to create a secure data transmission portal for its clients to comply with this law.  They are one of the few early-adopters and providers of this service and technology.

If you call Scott at (225) 910-6158 he will tell you about secure FTP and Portal goodness.

Google Fiber Experiment in Baton Rouge?

Inline Image

How would you like to browse at speeds of 100-times (100x) some of the fastest Internet access in town?  That could happen if Google chooses Baton Rouge for its experimental fiber network .  The candidate cities had to put their applications in by March 26th and Google is set to make a decision this year

In the meantime, if your Internet access or services are not performing the way you think they should, you may need a checkup.  Call (225) 910-8250 and ask how your bandwidth could be improved.
